Appointments
Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated so that you may receive your full service and other clients are not inconve- nienced. For spa services, we ask that you arrive10 minutes prior to your appointment time to allow time for check in and to change into spa attire. We understand delays sometimes happen.
If you expect to be late for your appointment, please call us as soon as possible. Please understand that your appointment may have to be rescheduled to better accommodate all guests.
To ensure you get an appointment when you want and with whom you want, we recommend you schedule your next service prior to leaving the salon.
Cancellations
The MK Spa Salon will require a valid credit card number upon booking any spa or multiple-service appointment. If minimum notice is not received upon cancellation or re-scheduling of your appointment, a $25 cancellation fee will be charged to your card.
Cancellation Policy:
• 24-hour minimum notice is required for the cancellation or re-scheduling of any single spa service.
• 48-hour minimum notice is required for the cancellation of any multiple-service booking or spa package. Special requirements may apply for group bookings.
Payment Accepted
For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept personal checks, cash and MK Spa Salon gift certificates.
